Aimee is a property litigator whose practice is made up of a variety of property disputes. She acts for a range of clients from individuals and small companies through to large well established organisations advising on all areas of landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture and regaining possession from trespassers.

Aimee also has experience with residential property acting in possession proceedings and advising on lease extensions and rights to first refusal.

Her recent experience includes advising:

  • advising tenant businesses on the right to break and compliance with break conditions;
  • providing legal and tactical advice to both landlords and tenants in connections with the termination and renewal of business tenancies;
  • advising on forfeiture and tenant insolvency; and
  • advising on and serving right to first refusal notices on numerous properties within a portfolio following a bankruptcy order against the freeholder.

Aimee completed her LPC at The College of Law, Guildford before training and qualifying with Freeths in Oxford. Aimee joined Shoosmiths in 2019.

She is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
