Anna advises on all aspects of planning, compulsory purchase and highways law, acting for a variety of public and private sector clients throughout her career.   She has significant experience in negotiating complex planning obligations with cascade, review and clawback mechanisms, and regularly advises on dovetailing planning obligations with other considerations such as CIL and planning conditions. Anna has a particular interest in heritage assets in the context of the planning system and has recently advised both Tendring District Council and Hart District Council in relation to planning appeals involving Grade I, II* and II listed buildings.
