Brian specialises in residential, mixed use and commercial development. He has experience of dealing immediate and conditional acquisitions and also deals with option and promotion agreements. Brian is capable of picking up all residential development related matters including overage, collaboration and equalisation and also deals with strategic land Brian likes to take a proactive approach and build a rapport with clients to understand their business needs and reach a satisfactory result.
Brian's recent work includes:
- acting for a number of national, regional and local house builders on the acquisition of development sites;
- advising on option and promotion agreements for developers and landowners; and
- dealing collaboration agreements and consortium sites.
Brian joined Shoosmiths in June 2013.
