Charley is an experienced Real Estate solicitor, based in the firm's Nottingham office and has a broad range of experience in all areas of non-contentious property work, with a particular emphasis on landlord and tenant work.
Her current role at Shoosmiths is as the team leader for the Client Services Team, a specialist team dealing with the submission of Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns and Land Registry applications.
Charley qualified in October 2008 and worked at Robinsons Solicitors and Geldards LLP before joining Shoosmiths in January 2017.
