Chelsea also has particular skills in providing strategic advice in negotiating high value exits, including the negotiation of the terms of an exit.
Chelsea's experience includes:
  • defending employment tribunal proceedings, including unfair dismissal, unlawful deductions from wages, and complex discrimination claims;
  • reviewing employment contracts, handbooks and policies;
  • assisting with corporate due diligence exercises to consider and report on potential risks in the sale and/or acquisition of a business; and
  • assisting with a lengthy hearing at which a number of witnesses were based overseas and Chelsea was responsible for managing the logistics of those witnesses providing their evidence.
