Chris has a wide range of experience in property and landlord and tenant litigation, acting for a varied client base including public and private companies, national retailers, banking clients, commercial developers and occupational landlords.

Chris has dealt with a large range of matters including business lease renewals (contentious and non-contentious), dilapidations disputes, service charge disputes, tenant insolvency, break notices, rent arrears recovery, contractual interpretation issues and issues surrounding landlord’s consent.

Chris trained and qualified at Eversheds LLP in Birmingham between September 2012 and March 2016. He then moved to Gowling WLG (UK) LLP before joining Shoosmiths as a Solicitor in the Property Litigation team in March 2018.
