Georgia is a Solicitor in the Corporate team based in the Solent office, having qualified into the team in March 2019.
She has experience working on a wide range of corporate matters including acquisitions and disposals, private equity transactions, group re-organisations, investments and general corporate governance.
After joining the firm as a Paralegal, Georgia's training contract with Shoosmiths started in September 2017 and saw her train within the Commercial and Corporate teams.
