Gregg is a Senior Associate in the Birmingham corporate team, advising and assisting on all aspects of corporate law including: venture capital, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business transfers, investments, shareholders agreements, joint ventures and general corporate advisory mandates.
Gregg works with a variety of clients including private and public companies, LLP's, institutional investors, management teams and owner managed businesses.
After graduating from the University of Leicester in 2010 with a degree in History (BA Hons.), Gregg subsequently spent five years working as a manager for an internationally recognised US company and subsequently retrained, completing the GDL and LPC at De Montfort University, Leicester. Gregg trained at Spearing Waite LLP (now Knights plc, Leicester) and joined Shoosmiths upon qualification in 2018.
