Hannah joined Shoosmiths as a Legal Assistant in the Court of Protection team in March 2016 and subsequently became a Paralegal within the team in January 2020.

Hannah acts for professional and lay deputies in relation to the general management of clients’ property and financial affairs. Hannah has particular knowledge and experience in working with vulnerable elderly adults with degenerative diseases. Hannah understands that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to client care and works to ensure that each of her clients continues to be treated with the respect and dignity which they deserve.

Hannah’s experience includes court applications, including those for deputy appointments and purchasing and selling property, as well as assisting with the creation and ongoing administration of Personal Injury Trusts.
