Janet is the L&D Manager for Digital Learning within the L&D Department and is responsible for the management of our Learning Management System, Horizon, and the production of digital learning courses, other online learning content, quotes, tracking and reporting for both our internal colleagues and external clients. Janet joined Shoosmiths in 1996 in the IS Department as a DPS Developer, one of our Case Management systems, working particularly with the Conveyancing teams. In 2011 a request for eLearning came in which Janet took on, this role grew and developed until she moved to L&D in early 2015 as an eLearning Specialist. Janet took over the Team Manager role in November 2015.
