Julia is a Licensed Conveyancer working in the Northampton Conveyancing Team. She specialises in acting for clients in the purchase of new build plots and heads up a team of three case handlers dealing with all types of new home purchases including Help To Buy purchases/new build shared ownership.
Most of the work generated comes from strong on going relationships with national developers and estate agents/ local authorities and housing associations.
Julia is deadline orientated and understands that effective communication and teamwork is key to gaining success for her clients and referrers alike. Julia has worked in the industry since 2001 and joined Shoosmiths in 2013 as a Conveyancer. Julia attained the position of Conveyancing Manager in January 2019
