Kacey is a banking and finance lawyer specialising in a range of debt finance work, including bilateral and syndicated lending both on a national and international level. She acts on behalf of either banks or borrowers (either corporate or private equity).

Kacey’s experience includes acquisition finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance and general corporate lending.

Kacey trained at Shearman & Sterling and worked in their Leveraged Finance team for 6 years, before spending 5 years at Olswang (now CMS) working on a mix of acquisition finance, property finance and general banking. Prior to joining Shoosmiths Kacey spent 9 years working as the Global Banking and Finance PSL at Baker McKenzie: Sitting in London providing advice, guidance and clarification on matters of English law and/or commercial practice to other banking and finance lawyers at Baker McKenzie.
