Lisa is a Corporate Restructuring and Advisory professional support lawyer (PSL) based in the Manchester office. She works closely with the CR&A team, building a maintained bank of precedents, a training program and assisting with technical queries raised by Legal Advisors.
Lisa joined Shoosmiths in June 2019. Prior to that she spent 11 years as a Restructuring PSL at DLA Piper, having first qualified as a Restructuring solicitor in 2001. As a solicitor, she mainly worked on transactional insolvency work dealing with administration appointments, sales, security reviews and advice in general to insolvency practitioners on transactional matters.
