Marcus-Adam is a Principal Associate in the corporate division, advising on mergers and acquisitions, venture and growth capital, group reorganisations and corporate governance. Marcus-Adam works with a variety of clients including companies based in the UK and overseas.
Marcus-Adam completed the LPC with distinction at Nottingham Law School and trained at a regional firm based in Nottingham before qualifying in January 2017. Marcus-Adam joined Shoosmiths LLP in July 2018.
Currently, Marcus-Adam is the Vice Chair of Nottingham Professional Services (NPS) and is also a past Vice Chair of the Nottinghamshire Junior Lawyers Division
