Mark Davis is a corporate M&A lawyer who advises on corporate transactions, with a particular focus on advising private equity funds, management teams and family offices on investments, buyouts, joint ventures and exits.

Mark has had a lead role in many interesting and challenging M&A and private equity deals across multiple sectors, acting for buyers, sellers and management. He works with UK and US private equity funds and family offices in cross-border transactions across the UK, Ireland, the USA and the UAE. In recent years, he has represented a number of global corporations and investors in the specialty chemicals and technology sectors.

Mark also works alongside family offices and entrepreneurs, advising on structuring their operations, investments, acquisitions and disposals. He has sat on the boards and chaired board committees of several global owner-managed companies. 

Mark is recognised by The Legal 500 for M&A: mid-market and private equity (since 2014) and as a leading lawyer by IFLR (since 2015).

Mark joined the firm in 2020, having previously been head of corporate in London at a leading US law firm and subsequently founding his own advisory firm.  Mark is a partner in the corporate group in London focussing on private equity and M&A transactional work.
