Nazeelah is a Solicitor who has experience acting for developers selling new homes. She also has experience in purchasing used property through part exchange transactions, dealing with managed, leasehold and freehold properties, sales to housing associations, site set ups, section agreements and transfers of land. She focuses on the key issues and the practical approach to resolving the issues when advising the clients.
Her experience includes:
- ensuring that the completions of the developer’s financial year end go through with no problems;
- advising the clients on defective titles when they are purchasing used property; and
- drafting documentation.
Nazeelah has been working in the plot sales team in Shoosmiths' real estate practice since 2013. She is dual-qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and Solicitor.
