Parin is a banking and finance solicitor with a wide range of debt finance experience including real estate finance, acquisition finance, corporate lending and general banking work. He acts for borrowers, banks and other financial institutions.

Parin's recent experience includes:

-  acting for a lender on their £175 million refinancing of an internationally-recognised hotel in London;
-  advising an investor consortium on the finance aspects of the acquisition of a property portfolio in London for £135 million; and
- advising a solar fund on a £150 million refinancing of a 241MW portfolio of 21 operational solar assets with debt provided by a syndicate of 8 lenders. 

Parin graduated from the University of Nottingham with a 2:1 honours degree in Politics before going on to complete the GDL with Commendation and the LPC with Distinction at BPP Law School, London.  Parin qualified in 2015, having completed his training contract with Stephenson Harwood.
