Rachael has significant experience in the preparation of complex Wills, trusts, powers of attorney and lifetime tax efficient succession planning. She is also regularly appointed as a professional attorney, executor and trustee, and deals with all aspects of probate, estate and trust administration, often with cross-border issues. Rachael also advises on charity gifting and philanthropy.
Rachael is empathetic and prides herself in building genuine, long term, trusted relationships. Rachael has strong agricultural and equestrian roots; she has advised family business owners and farmers through diversification and generational planning.

- Estate administration and variation of Will in the estate of a 1966 World Cup player.
