Rachel is a solicitor in the Thames Valley employment team, and has experience in a wide range of employment law issues, including a range of contentious and non-contentious matters. 
Rachel's experience to date includes: advising on employment contracts; directors’ service agreements; the enforceability of restrictive covenants; staff handbooks; settlement agreements (both drafting and advising individuals on their terms); managing disciplinary procedures; and advising on potential employment claims an individual may have.
After graduating with a degree in English Literature, Rachel completed her training and qualified as a solicitor at another local commercial law firm in September 2017.
