Rebecca is an employment law paralegal based in Shoosmiths’ Leeds office.
Rebecca provides support on a wide range of employment law issues including unfair dismissal, breach of contract, and discrimination. Rebecca also assists in reviewing and drafting contracts of employment and staff handbooks. Rebecca spent two and a half years advising two leading national trade unions and helping their members resolve disputes with their employers. As a result, Rebecca has gained a breadth of experience and has an expert eye in resolving disputes.
Rebecca studied law at the University of Sheffield and joined Shoosmiths in 2017. Rebecca has experience in assisting both companies and individuals.
