Richard is a team leader in Shoosmiths’ Commercial Recoveries Services section, managing a small number of staff, and deals with over 1000 non-contentious legal actions for large commercial clients on a weekly basis.
He has considerable experience in relation to undefended commercial legal actions as well as all methods of enforcement of Monetary Judgments and Insolvency, and is also experienced in dealing with Return of Goods claims. He also specialises in legal updates and technical issues within the section, having attended various continuing professional/development courses.
Richard spent 5 years working for an in-house Legal Department within the Construction Industry, before joining Shoosmiths as a Team Leader in January 1999.
