Sharon is a professional support lawyer (PSL) within Shoosmiths' corporate team based in the Solent office with responsibility for governance for the national corporate team.
Prior to becoming a PSL, Sharon was an Associate in the corporate team at Shoosmiths and advised on a wide range of corporate matters including acquisitions and disposals and group re-organisations. Sharon advised a broad range of clients including equity investors, large private companies, management teams and owner managers.
Sharon completed the LPC at The College of Law in Guildford before joining Shoosmiths in 2003 as a trainee and qualifying into the corporate team in 2005.
