Stephanie is an Associate in our Commercial and IP team, based in London.

Stephanie advises clients ranging from start-ups to large corporates, on commercial and intellectual property matters within a range of sectors including technology, media, digital advertising, retail and energy sectors.

Stephanie advises on a broad range of commercial contracts, from both the supplier and customer perspective, including software development and licensing arrangements, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) agreements, sponsorship agreements, e-commerce website terms and consumer facing terms.

Stephanie’s recent work includes;

  • Drafting trial product licence terms for an AI energy management platform;
  • Negotiating sponsorship and partnership terms for a well-known British retailer for the supply of formalwear for the RFU.
  • Drafting a variety of consumer facing e-commerce terms; including drafting priority access terms for the soft launch of a luxury hyperscooter vehicle.

  • Drafting consumer-facing competition terms for a major German consumer goods company.

  • Facilitating the negotiations for a multi-party collaboration agreement to procure services for an alternative technologies project for the glass industry.

  • Carrying out various corporate support IP due diligence for investments and asset purchases. Examples include carrying out due diligence, with a heavy focus on the company's patents, for the purchase of a specialist manufacturer of pharmaceutical products.

  • Drafting and negotiating an album publishing deal for a major broadcasting company against a well-known record label, in respect of re-recording and trade mark rights for existing compositions.

  • Preparing a distribution agreement template for a British retailer when engaging UK and international distributors.

  • Reviewing and advising on data processing terms for various clients to ensure compliance with GDPR.
