Will is an Associate in the Litigation Services team. He is a commercial litigator who advises a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial clients.

Will advises clients on disputes concerning commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, mergers and acquisitions, restraint of trade and restrictive covenants. He regularly provides strategic advice on the merits of pursuing a claim.

He has acted for multiple clients in the High Court and international arbitrations, examples include:

  • CRS GT Ltd v (1) McLaren Automotive Limited (2) McLaren Technology Group Limited (3) Trysome Limited - acting for a designer and manufacturer of car parts in a dispute against McLaren in the Commercial Court.
  • Acting for an African entity in USD $21m claim under DIFC-LCIA (seat in Dubai) concerning a mobile telecommunication project in Africa.
  • Acting for a telecommunications operator in relation to a series of agreements for the supply, maintenance and operation of a telecommunication network, which was valued to be worth approximately USD500m in an LCIA arbitration (seated London).
  • Defending a software provider in an ICC International Court of Arbitration claim concerning an implementation project (seat in Geneva).  

Before embarking on a career in law he previously served as a Captain in the British Army.
