My current role is supporting the Head of Knowledge Management and Learning & Development, implementing the firm wide learning and development strategy and to act as a business partner with the HR Managers and stakeholders within Shoosmiths.
It is a national role with frequent travel, working alongside both the business systems and learning content management teams.
Main responsibilites include:
- training needs analysis, informing the L&D strategy and practice
- workshop / training design
- skills delivery training - coaching and supporting throughout the business at all levels
