Acting for Crest Nicholson in relation to the redevelopment of the Vosper Thornycroft shipbuilding site in Southampton (now known as Centenary Quay) in partnership with SEEDA (now known as the HCA). This scheme has achieved consent for 1650 residential units, a major new marine quarter and associated community facilities. 

Swale Borough Council
We act for Swale Borough Council in connection with the regeneration of Sittingbourne Town Centre. We are dealing with the Development Agreement and Site Assembly matters and have worked with the Council to produce the Town Centre Master Plan SPD. We are now involved in detailed negotiations on the Heads of Terms for the Section 106 Agreement.

Acting for the council on the promotion and implementation of a confirmed CPO for the regeneration of the Broadmarsh Shopping Centre, by Australian developer Westfield

Cannock Chase District Council
Promoting a CPO-facilitating land assembly for the development of a retail-led, mixed-use scheme to regenerate and provide a gateway to Hednesford town centre; throughout the process working closely with the council's preferred development partner St Modwen
