UK law firm Shoosmiths has advised the shareholders on the sale of EasyBuild to The Access Group, for an undisclosed sum.
Established in Borehamwood in 1999, EasyBuild offers Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software designed specifically for the construction sector.
The software provides the financial and commercial tools needed to manage the complexity of construction industry projects, across areas including contractors, civil engineering, demolition, interior fitout, roofing and cladding, rail, highways, joinery and utilities.
EasyBuild has won awards in the construction sector for their software every year over the last four years.
