Adam is a Solicitor in the Shoosmiths’ Milton Keynes corporate team, having qualified into the team in April 2019. The team advises private companies, PLCs, management teams and high net-worth individuals, on a variety of matters, including acquisitions and disposals, private equity investments, shareholders' agreements, joint ventures, group re-organisations and corporate governance.
Adam’s recent experience includes advising on:
- the acquisition of Ludolph Bremerhaven GmbH by a2e Industries (through the ASG Group), with the deal being a2e's first in Germany;
- the sale of the business and assets of Workflow Imaging Systems Limited to Corona Corporate Solutions Ltd; and
- the creation of Connected Places Catapult to accelerate smarter living and travelling in and between the places of tomorrow, through the uniting of Transport Systems and Future Cities Catapults.
After working with the firm as a paralegal in banking and finance litigation, Adam’s training contract started in September 2017 and saw him train within Shoosmiths’ commercial and corporate teams. Adam has also gained significant experience on secondment, working within the legal functions of Volkswagen Group UK Ltd, Travelodge Hotels Ltd and Volkswagen Financial Services.
