Adam is a paralegal in our corporate department assisting with all aspects of corporate law, including venture and growth capital, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, investments and general corporate advisory mandates.
Adam completed his degree in Law at the University of Birmingham and joined Shoosmiths in August 2023.
