Amy joined Shoosmiths in 2017 with a focus on support and development for the trainee solicitor programme.
She is responsible for running the summer vacation placement for aspiring trainee solicitors who join Shoosmiths for work experience each year, and manages the ongoing development of 60+ trainee solicitors currently working in the firm.
Amy also assists with the onboarding of trainees and coordination of assessment centres.
She has worked within the recruitment industry since graduating in 2012 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology from the University of East Anglia.
She is a member of the CIPD, ISE and REC.
