Advising a major Plc house builder on the acquisition of over 700 units of a complex mixed use site with a GDV of £200 million.

Advising a promoter on 160 acres of land to be promoted for planning for mixed use development.

Advising a registered provider on the acquisition of mixed tenure affordable housing across 11 sites from a number of vendors, comprising both land acquisitions subject to planning, and off the shelf section 106 agreement units.

Advising a niche housing developer on the optioning of a strategic site from 8 separate land owners.

Working with support from the Construction Team to advise a manufacturing company on the conditional acquisition of land from a government agency for a £10m new facility with a linked building contract and various land and construction warranties.

Advising a higher education institution on the acquisition of a Grade I listed building, together with a number of other sites to extend its campus.
