Caroline is a professional support lawyer in the Corporate Division with responsibility for precedents and knowledge. 

Caroline drafts and maintains core corporate precedent and knowledge materials, writes and edits legal articles for publication, produces legal know how for internal updates and for external client briefings, provides support to legal advisers on complex legal queries, and assists in delivering training on corporate law. 

Caroline has a wide range of transactional experience including private equity investment, share sale transactions, business sales, partnerships, joint ventures and group reorganisations. She also has experience in corporate governance and compliance issues.

Caroline graduated with LLB (Hons) and completed the LPC with Distinction. She qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and joined Blake Lapthorn (now Blake Morgan) in 1998 where she worked as a corporate lawyer, before taking up the position of professional support lawyer in 2003.  Caroline joined Shoosmiths in 2007.
