Eilidh is a solicitor based in our Edinburgh office. She assists and advises on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment law.

Eilidh has experience advising individuals and businesses on disciplinary/grievance issues, employment contracts, dismissals, redundancies, discrimination, and settlement agreements.

Eilidh also acts for both Claimants and Respondents in Employment Tribunals across the UK. Recent experience includes representing clients in complex discrimination claims, including providing advocacy at both preliminary and final hearings, and attendance at judicial mediation.

Eilidh regularly delivers training to clients on a range of employment law issues, most recently on managing sickness absence and reasonable adjustments.
