Emma is an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute resolution team in the Belfast office and specialises in various aspects of commercial litigation including banking litigation, contract disputes, secured and unsecured recoveries from consumers, corporations and other commercial entities, defended and complex mortgage proceedings. She also deals with bankruptcy and insolvency actions

Emma acts on behalf of various leading banks, lending institutions, debt purchasers and asset finance companies. 

Emma completed her training contract with an other firm in Belfast before moving into Shoosmiths in 2019

Emma graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with an LLB (Hons) and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2010 with Credit from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies at Queen’s University Belfast.
