Jessica is a Paralegal within the Real Estate team based in our Birmingham office.
Jessica deals with the post completion work for Real Estate transactions dealing with all aspects of SDLT and Land Registry matters to ensure that deadlines are adhered to and registrations completed, she has also been involved in a variety of transactions including assisting on acquisitions and disposals and projects dealing with acquisitions and assignments of commercial retail premises for well-known retailers.
Jessica’s recent experience includes:
• Day-to-day conduct and responsibility on projects dealing with acquisitions and assignments of corporate occupier premises;
• Supporting and assisting on a project to report on leases acquired by a well-known retailer on a portfolio of over 600 properties;
• Supporting on major corporate support projects within the wider team.
Jessica joined Shoosmiths in June 2014 currently working towards qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive.
