Jessika is a Banking and Finance solicitor based in the Nottingham office, with experience in a range of debt finance work including leveraged finance, real estate finance, asset based lending and general corporate lending. She acts for borrowers, banks and financial institutions.
Jessika graduated from the University of York with a first class honours degree in Mathematics and Philosophy before going on to complete the GDL with Distinction at the University of Law and the LPC with Business MA with Distinction at BPP University. Jessika qualified in 2018 and worked in the Banking and Finance team at DWF Law LLP in Manchester, before relocating to Nottingham and joining Shoosmiths in June 2022.
