Joe is an associate within Shoosmiths' Commercial team, based in the Birmingham office. Joe advises on a wide range of commercial matters, with a particular interest in technology transactions.
Joe regularly assists with large-scale technology projects, including business-critical IT system integrations, software and data licensing arrangements and the provision of SaaS-based solutions.
Prior to joining Shoosmiths, Joe gained extensive in-house experience at DPDgroup, where he worked on a range of commercial transactions relating to the supply of services, logistics, outsourcing, procurement and technology projects.
Joe is also a member of the Shoosmiths Artificial Intelligence Working Group.
