Katherine works as the Digital Learning Specialist within the L&D Department. She is responsible for the creation of Shoosmiths' internal online courses and materials, as well as creating and managing eLearning courses sold to external clients. She also helps to manage Horizon - our Learning Management System. We have a page on the Shoosmiths website which can be viewed here.
Katherine joined Shoosmiths in January 2016 from her previous role as an Instructional Designer / Project Manager for an external eLearning company who worked with a wide variety of clients, including FTSE 100 organisations, governmental bodies, and charities. She was the first point of contact for customers and worked closely with them to define and write bespoke courses. She also project managed the entire process, working with stakeholders and internal teams of developers and graphic designers to bring the courses to life within budget.
