Kelly joined the firm in 2003 and since then has built up expertise in Personal Injury road traffic accident claims.
Kelly is currently a case handler in the Personal Injury Department in Thames Valley. She is responsible for all aspects of her clients Personal Injury claim arising from a road traffic accident, from the initial interview through to settlement or trial.
Kelly's aim is to maximise her clients compensation whilst ensuring that the client has the necessary legal advice to make informed decisions. Kelly strives to achieve the highest standards of client care and deliver a quality service.
Kelly is responsible for liaising with her clients to identify all aspects of the claim. She will investigate liability and financial losses, obtain medical expert evidence and recommendations in support of the claim and advise on the valuation of the claim.
Kelly has extensive knowledge of the Pre-Action protocol for low value personal injury claims in road traffic accident's and the MOJ Portal that is utilised for claims that fall into this category.
If it becomes necessary litigate then Kelly is experienced to guide and support her clients through any court proceedings.
Kelly is currently a Member of the Institute of Legal Executives and is and is in the process of studing and taking the relevant examinations in order to attain Fellowship.
