Kim is a Manager within the Commercial recoveries team. Kim has more than 15 years experience in all areas of legal debt recovery and has expertise in both Winding up and Bankruptcy proceedings. Kim has worked for a number of other regional firms and has also worked as in house legal advisor for a large international organisation, now a client of the firm.
Kim oversees a team of 5 paralegals managing over 20 clients. Over the last 18 months Kim has supported a large online service provider which had never collected debt before, setting up their pre-legal processes from instruction to Shoosmiths all the way to Claim and enforcement collaborating with the Edinburgh team to maximise recoveries.
