Laura is an Associate within the Dispute Resolution and Litigation department. Laura works on a wide range of dispute matters including supply of goods and services, data privacy, professional negligence, consumer rights and protections and general contractual disputes.
Laura’s recent work includes:
- advising international manufacturers, national retailers and regional distributors in matters relating to consumer rights and protection
- successfully obtaining urgent injunctive relief for a leading vehicle recovery firm
- representing a global education provider throughout a variety of complex and cross-border contractual and contested insolvency proceedings.
- defending a leading car manufacturer against a £17 million multijurisdictional breach of contract claim.
Laura joined Shoosmiths as a trainee in 2019, having studied Geography at the University of Southampton before completing her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course.
