Nick is an Associate in the Commercial team at Shoosmiths, based in Leeds.
With experience across the tech, mobility, and energy and infrastructure industries advising on service agreements, sale and distribution of goods, private and public tenders, and compliance projects, Nick advises a broad range of clients, including major retail brands, technology companies, investment funds, and energy suppliers.
Over the last few years, Nick has spent time negotiating complex supplier frameworks, producing advice on regulatory issues and energy schemes, and reviewing a wide range of contracts covering managed services, SaaS, terms of use, and consultancies. Meanwhile, Nick has worked on a number of deals from start to completion, from financing (and re-financing) to energy projects and EV charging points.
Nick has experience in-house in the mobility, marketing, and legal industries, and applies industry knowledge every day in practice.
He trained at Shoosmiths and qualified in 2023.
