Priti is Shoosmiths’ Assistant General Counsel and, as a trusted adviser, provides complex legal advice to the firm, its partners and business support functions.
Priti supports the General Counsel in the delivery of Shoosmiths’ strategic objectives, enterprise risk management and the identification and mitigation of compliance, quality and risk issues.
During her career, Priti has gained invaluable and extensive in-house experience on secondment with Google, Müller, ITM Power, Barclaycard and Jaguar Land Rover, amongst other multi-national conglomerates and PLCs. Her sound judgement and ability to evaluate a cross-function of issues, coupled with her blended experience, has given Priti a solid foundation as a key advisor to the firm.
Prior to Priti’s role as Assistant General Counsel, she was part of Shoosmiths’ Band 1 Technology and IT practice, specialising in Technology and Sourcing matters. During this time, Priti was heavily involved in high value and highly publicised multifaceted IT-centric matters.
Priti is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion and sits on Shoosmiths’ Balance Committee.
