Rachel is an Associate within the Leeds Employment team.

Rachel advises on a full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. 

Rachel's recent experience includes:

  • defending employment tribunal proceedings, including unfair dismissal, unlawful deductions from wages, discrimination, and multi-claimant worker status claims;
  • reviewing employment contracts, handbooks and policies; and
  • assisting organisations with managing redundancies.

Prior to joining Shoosmiths, Rachel spent time on secondment at the Premier League which enabled her to gain a valuable understanding of client's day-to-day operation and working practices.
