Rhia is an Assistant Conveyancer in the Private Property team dealing with a wide range of residential property transactions including high value properties, trusts and trustees in bankruptcy sales, deputyship matters, complex leasehold matters and time sensitive transactions, some of which are referred directly into the department from all other areas of Shoosmiths, including Commercial Real Estate, Corporate and Restructuring, Court of Protection and Commercial. Rhia enjoys liaising and collaborating with colleagues working within those teams to support the delivery of personal service to valued clients of the firm.
Rhia also contributes to the development of ongoing/new relationships with returning or recommended clients and external work providers, including Estate agents and property finders.
Rhia is also able to assist clients with Transfer of equity, Assent and Remortgage instructions.
In her spare time Rhia enjoys running, playing netball and dance festivals.
