Saloni is a Paralegal within our Financial Services team having joined the team in January 2022.
She works with leading financial houses to advise them on wholesale funding matters and related security queries. She also regularly advises global car manufacturers on commercial and regulatory matters relating to motor dealer funding, financial promotions and other brand advertisements. She recently completed a 6-month secondment with Mercedes-Benz Financial Services where she worked alongside the in-house legal team on general commercial matters and Consumer Duty projects.
As part of the wider Commercial Team, she has assisted with Cia®, a contract review service that is powered by AI and which forms a part of the Shoosmiths Eight Connected Services.
Saloni also sits on the Balance Network committee which is one of three inclusion networks at the firm. The Balance Network strives to champion individuals, promoting gender parity at the firm and in the wider legal sector.
She has also secured a Training Contract with the firm which is due to commence in March 2025.
