Sarah joined the Conveyancing department in July 2009 and has been located at The Lakes in Northampton, and during this time she has helped thousands of clients move home.
Sarah has gathered knowledge of a range of transactions including freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, right to buy, company relocations and mortgage rescue. She has also dealt with a range of mortgage providers and government schemes such as high street banks, lifetime mortgages, help to buy ISA's and lifetime ISA's.
She manages a small team on a day to day basis and oversees a high case load in a timely and pro-active manor. Sarah also enjoys a close relationship with a number of estate agents and mortgage advisors.
Outside of work Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys walking with her dog and holds a season ticket for the Northampton Saints.
